Temporary emails are automatically deleted after they expire (typically within 24-72 hours). Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

You can manually delete any email or temporary address at any time. Upon deletion, your data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers.

However, no security system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
